Intone Photography prides itself on customer service and prompt delivery. We use the Australia Post service, which offers a fully traceable delivery method, including deliveries to Post Office Boxes. All orders are shipped complete within 1-6 days for small product sized orders and up to 2-3 weeks (for larger items that are custom made) of receipt of your payment. We will update you via email on the status of your order as it moves through the purchase process.

Deliveries within Australia

Shipping within Australia is handled by Australia Post's service. We deliver to business and residential addresses within Australia, as well as PO Boxes. All deliveries can be tracked through the Australia Post website, and a signature is required for delivery.

Once your payment is confirmed and cleared, your order will shipped 1-5 days providing all items are in stock, larger sized products are made to order so they can take up to 2- 3 weeks but we do our very best to have them much sooner.

We use the Australia Post Registered Post International service, with the estimated delivery times of 3-10 business days once posted. We do not deliver to PO Boxes in New Zealand.

All international orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%). All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information. The Australian GST (10%) amount will be deducted during the checkout process.
